Pepperdine University students in California explore Dominican cuisine in our Culinary Space

On Saturday, February 15th, a group of students from Pepperdine University, located in California, USA, visited our Culinary Space with the purpose of exploring the richness of Dominican gastronomy. The experience, designed to immerse the young people in the culinary culture of the country, was led by the renowned chef Miguelina Galán, who shared her knowledge and secrets about the traditional flavors of the Dominican Republic.

During the visit, the students had the opportunity to learn about the ingredients, cooking techniques, and the history behind the most representative dishes of the island, all while enjoying a variety of exquisite preparations.

We thank Pepperdine University for their interest in learning about and valuing our culture. Their visit not only allowed us to share our gastronomic tradition but also to strengthen ties and foster understanding between different cultures. They will always be welcome in our space!
